Data Bridge works in accordance with Horace’s sentence „dimidium facti, qui bene coepit” – „Half of the work is done by someone who has started well”. We can’t solve all the problems. We also do not believe that in order to achieve the goals it is enough to undertake „some” activity. We focus on the most important problem and the most effective method of solving it. We’ll always do that.
what we do?
We show power grid operators how to fully identify virtual power plants and virtual storages in their customer portfolio – we provide a marketplace where they can acquire flexibility.
why we do it?
Energy transformation is one of the most important challenges of our time. We can’t control the weather, but we learn how to control the industrials behaviour on a massive scale. When they reduce consumption in response to a decrease in production from RES, they become virtual power plants.
When they increase consumption during overproduction with RES, they act as virtual energy storage. The largest German energy company E.ON calls the upcoming flexibility services AirB&B for the power industry. At the September conference, flexibility leaders such as Enel X and Siemens described the future of the industry. We’re here today already.
We are Data Bridge – Google for energy system operators. R&D – Leadership cannot be maintained today without research and development. That is why, consistently every year, we invest at least EUR 200 000 in creating new knowledge.
